The motorway A99 ( 2km ) gives you direct access to the sights of bavaria. Furthermore we are a contract hotel of Siemens corporation as well as the IZB Informatik Zentrum.

You can choose between a single or double room, either with a shower and toilet or bath and toilet. All rooms are equipped with technical amenities. The television offers standard German television channels as well as CNN.

The surrounding area lends itself perfectly to sports and leisure. From 15 May to 15 September our guests can use the adjacent open air swimming pool for free. For joggers there is a forest 500 metres from the hotel and if you like tennis, you will find Europe’s largest indoor tennis court facilities just 2 km away. For warm summer days, beer drinkers can enjoy a drink at the typically Bavarian beer garden, just a 15-minute walk away.

The S5 line of the suburban train (S-Bahn) connects Haar to Munich. Just 240 metres from the hotel is the stop for the S5 train, the number 243 bus, or the U2 underground line. You can take the U2 directly to the new Munich exhibition centre, or get there comfortably by car. The A99 motorway is just 2 km from the hotel, and takes you to all tourist destinations in Bavaria. Furthermore we are the hotel partner for Siemens AG and the IZB information technology centre in Haar.

From the centre of Munich, it takes just 15 minutes to reach the hotel by bus or by rapid-transit railway. Take bus number 243 in the directon of Hans-Stießberger-Str.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
