The hotel provides 25 single rooms and 12 double rooms, all equipped with shower/WC. You can have breakfast in the breakfast room or just sit and relax in the café or in the bar and in the summer time there's also a possibility to enjoy the wonderful terrace.
We have four business rooms which can be fitted to your needs. You can relax in the wellness zone, where we provide a finnish sauna, a turkish steam bath, massage showers, a fitness room and solarium.
You can park you car in the underground car park and take our shuttle bus to the exhibition center.

The Parkhotel Ost is situated on the outskirts of Munich in walking distance (10 min) to the fairground of the 'Neue Messe' ('New fair'). The hotel's location is quiet and in individual layer.
You find the nearest motorway (A99/A94) only 4km away. The city center of Munich is only 14km away where you get comfortably by S-Bahn transit or metro. Munich city center offers you lots of sights such as the Marienplatz, the market of victuals, the church of Our Lady, Odeonsplace, English garden etc. The international airport "Franz-Josef-Strauss" is at a distance of 40km from the hotel. You easy reach the hotel by S-Bahn transit (S4) or by taxi (approx. 30min). There is a golf course near the hotel (5km away).

Airport 'Franz-Josef-Strauß' - take the a 94 - direction Salzburg, exit 'Feldkirchen' - next cross turn right and follow the sign 'Haar' until you get to the roundabout - here exit to the left, direction 'Ottendichl' - at the enrance to 'Ottendichl' - first exit to the right (Andreas-Kasperbauer-Straße), direction 'Salmdorf' - our hotel is at the end of 'Ottendichl', on your right

Via A 99 - exit 'Haar' - at the first traffic lights to the right, direction 'Feldkirchen' - at the end of 'Ottendichl' take the first exit to the left (Andreas-Kasperbauer-Straße), direction 'Salmdorf' - our hotel is situated at the end of 'Ottendichl', to your right

Via S-Bahn/airport 'Franz-Josef-Strauß'

S8 to Leuchtenbergring, then S4 direction 'Ebersberg' - station 'Gronsdorf' - we can pick you up here and bring you to the hotel
