"Ferienhaus Ofenlainweg":
This Upper Bavarian-style apartment house enjoys a peaceful, sunny location far from traffic. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, and right outside the front door you find walking, hiking and cycling paths, and cross-country ski paths in the winter. The Kreuzeckbahn and Alpspitzbahn mountain railways can be reached in a matter of minutes, and a bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. All apartments are non-smoking.

"Ferienhaus Schönangerstrasse":
This attractive building is located in one of the quietest and most beautiful areas of Grainau. It offers a unique view of meadows and forests, as well as the mighty Zugspitze mountain. In the immediate vicinity you find indoor tennis and squash courts with a gym and sauna. Walking, hiking and cycling routes begin right outside the front door. 10 minutes away you find Unterer Dorfplatz with its range of shops. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.

"Ferienhaus an der Bräuwies":
This Upper Bavarian-style cottage enjoys a peaceful, sunny location amid fields and forests, and offers a glorious mountain view. It features a south-facing patio with a large garden and sunbathing area, as well as a car park. Walking, hiking and cross-country ski paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. It takes 5-10 minutes to reach the town centre on foot.

"Ferienhaus Griesbergweg":
This Upper Bavarian-style apartment house enjoys a peaceful location on the sunny side of Grainau. It offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and lies close to Unterer Dorfplatz, the health resort of Grainau, an adventure pool, an ice skating rink and cross-country skiing paths.

"Ferienhaus Törlenweg":
This apartment house lies directly on the idyllic path which leads to the lakes Badersee and Eibsee. Oberer Dorfplatz and the church are just a few metres away. A small farmyard lies directly behind the house, while in front of the building you find a cross-country ski track and a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains. The Zugspitz railway station, Grainau spa, an adventure pool, an ice skating rink, a mini-golf course and Grainau children's adventure playground are all just a short stroll away. All apartments are non-smoking. This apartment house is especially suitable for children, and offers a private playground.

"Ferienhaus Stepbergweg":
This apartment house enjoys a peaceful, sunny location close to the town centre. It offers a wonderful mountain view. A 5-minute walk takes you to a spa with adventure pool, an ice skating rink, and an adventure playground. Walking, hiking and cross-country ski paths begin right outside the building.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
EUR 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.
