Our guesthouse "Barbara" is in a quiet and peaceful location, where you will enjoy an easy-going vacation.
You may have a very relaxing sauna, steambath and solarium.
Since 1820 the Fraundorfers have lodged and entertained their guests in Partenkirchen. Every night (except Tuesday) we have a Bavarian Evening with Music, Schuhplattler (Bavarian folk dancing), Jodels and songs.

How to get as quick as possible to us ...

...directions from Munich: At the end of the "Autobahn A 95" follow the street to Farchant/Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Go through the tunnel and follow the signs to PARTENKIRCHEN, after the 7th trafficlight (passing the SHELL fillingstation on your left) you take a left into LUDWIGSTRASSE. You find us about 150 m, right-hand-side. House-no 24.

...directions from Innsbruck - Mittenwald (B2): you are already in PARTENKIRCHEN. Take a left at the 2nd trafficlight into Ludwigstraße. We are located about 150 m, right-hand-side, No.24

Arriving by train ...walking distance about 15 min., but you can take a taxi, or the town-bus, No. 1 or 2, directions to the Kreiskrankenhaus, you get off in Ludwigstrasse, accross from the church.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
