Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 5.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
