From directions Ruhr Basin you come from the motorway A31 to Emden.
From the directions Hannover/Bremen/Oldenburg you come from the motorway A28. At the motorway cross Leer take the motorway A31. Take the exit Ost/Stadtmitte/Häfen to the Upstalsboom Parkhotel.

High above the town’s roofs, you can relax. Choose the roof terrace or the designated quiet area to sit down and read a good book, for example. Visit the Finnish sauna or the Roman steam bath for relaxation and refresh your whole being before rounding it off with a most enjoyable session in the „Medicus“ cosmetic salon.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
