The Schlosshotel, a former Franciscan friary built in 1280 is located in the historic centre of Eisenach, directly between the market place and Martin Luther’s house.
The high-traditioned house was temporarily used as claustral brewery and restaurant, and was elaborately restored and reconstructed to a modern hotel and conference centre with garages.

Our house offers you 43 with high-standard equipped rooms and suites, partially with balcony which offer a magnificent view to the green courtyard of the Schlosshotel.

We offer non-smoking rooms by request. One apartment is equipped for disabled people.

In our restaurant we’ll spoil you culinary. Our Schlossklause bar and the restaurant offer a manifold and creative cuisine. In summer our beer garden forms the perfect framework for warm days and nights.

The speciality of our hotels is the Schlosskeller in the old ruins of a former Franciscan friary. Selected wines and culinary meals build the perfect arrangement for a successful evening.

If you arrive by car, follow the decal information“Lutherhaus“ or Zentrum.
Right in front of the Lutherhaus you can see the Schlosshotel on the right side. There you can easily park your car.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
