Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Groups: No special conditions apply for groups. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % Tax is not included. 6 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs CAD 14.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
