Directions from Cape Town International Airport:

- Take N2 from airport to City,
- after traveling approximately 10 minutes the highway will split.
- stay in the right lane following signage M3 to City
- once you have taken the right fork of the highway go across to the far left lane following the signage City via De Waal Drive.
- stay on this road (M3 de Waal Drive) which runs along the foot of the mountain.
- at the end of this highway you will pass under a pedestrian bridge and then take the 2nd road left (Jutland Ave)
- once again following signs to Cableway and Camps Bay.
- after the Gardens Shopping Centre, the road forks, take the left hand fork and you will pass Holiday Inn Garden Court de Waal on your left.
- at the T-Junction turn left into Upper Orange Street.
- you will now be facing Table Mountain as you travel up Upper Orange. - Turn right into the 2nd road - Belvedere Avenue.
- continue over the Stop Street (Forrest Road) until you reach 31 Belverdere Avenue.
- there are two tall palm trees in the front garden.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 18 years is charged ZAR 300.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
