Newly refurbished in a modern and fresh design in 2008. 30 m² in size, with a large working area and a comfortable sitting area. The flat screen TV with DVD player guarantees a relaxed evening.

Air condition and double-glazed windows transform these rooms into an oasis of tranquility. For even more relaxation we offer a Nespresso coffee maker, fresh fruits and a bottle of mineral water in every Bel Etage room free of charge. The first choice in Wels for VIP guests!

Modern Classic Rooms:
Rooms in a modern-classical design. The beds are in Kempinski standard. Extra care for detail has been taken by the international team of architects. The quiet location of the rooms and the soundproof doors provide a peaceful sleep. All rooms have a comfortable sitting area integrated with a well-lit working space.

The surrounding area features a bird park that is home to over 350 species of birds and mammals, and the Agrarium which is the largest plant and flower garden in Europe.

Lambach is a small town 10 km south-west of Wels. Its Benedictine abbey was founded in 1056 and is extremely well preserved, with Romanesque frescoes. Kremsmünster is a Benedictine abbey, the most acclaimed piece in its treasury is the Tassilo Chalice made of gilded copper and donated in 780 AD. The first European high rise from 1750 can also be found there.

Take a steam train ride through the picturesque and romantic Steyr Valley, explore the Traunsee, an alpine lake surrounded by rocky mountains and discover Bad Ischl, Emperor Franz Josef’s summer residence. The Kaiser villa and the Tea House of Empress Sissi can be seen there. The Lehar villa is also worth a visit, the former home of the composer Franz Lehar.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 12 to 16 years is charged EUR 9.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
