We offer typical german cooking, festivity menus or national specialties. There are three different restaurants to choose from for family celebrations and special occasions.

Helenenau is situated only 35 km away from the city center of Berlin. It is the ideal starting point for exploring local attractions and the surrounding area: a city trip to Berlin, the zoo in Eberswalde, the boat lift in Niederfinow or the wildlife park in Groß Schönebeck (Bernau).

Take A10, exit Berlin / Hohenschönhausen, Bad Freienwalde, direction to Bad Freienwalde. In Blumberg you turn left direction to Bernau. After passing one village on the left, you will see a radio tower, go on for approx. 100 m and turn right into a street direction to Helenenau.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
