Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking.This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

Those guests arriving between 22.30 and 07:00, outside of the receptions opening hours, will be subject to a EUR 20 surcharge.

These apartments do not accept American Express as a method of payment.

A breakage deposit of EUR 250 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
