Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 35.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All further children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of CAD 35 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CAD 15.00 per day.
