CHI Residences 279 is located in bustling Mongkok. It offers easy access to other parts of Hong Kong from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station and public transport. Access to Hong Kong Island, is just a 10-minute MTR ride from The Residences. The hugely popular Langham Place, a shopping and restaurant complex, and California Fitness are also both within walking distance of The Residences.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged HKD 80.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged HKD 200.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
