The house-own physical therapy department provides various treatments (e.g. physiotherapy, aqua gym, medical baths, massages, lymphoid drainage, inhalation etc.) which can be settled by the health fund in case of medical prescriptions.
Apart from several cultural and social offers of the city Bad Kissingen (annually more than 400 of all kinds) we recommend you to visit the KissSalis Therme, which is easy to reach by the shuttle bus (each 20 minutes).

Our house provides 42 single rooms and 19 double rooms, mostly suitable for senior persons and partly with view to the rosarium.

Start your day at the rich breakfast buffet. The hotel offers 3-course lunches and a cold buffet for dinner. In addition, there is a salad buffet for both lunch and dinner. The chef is also happy to cater for diets as well as any special dietary requirements.

Bad Kissingen is located in a picturesque valley near the Franconian river Saale
and surrounded by the Rhön low mountain range.

By car:
- Coming from the North, take the A7 motorway until exit Bad
Kissingen/Oberthulba.
- Drive in the direction of Bad Kissingen.
- Arriving in Bad Kissingen, follow the signs Kurgebiet West.
- Continue on Schönbornstraße and drive in the direction of the city centre.
- Cross Ludwigsbridge and turn left onto Theresienstrasse.
- After about 400 metres you will reach the hotel.
- Please ring the bell to open the gates.

- Coming from the South, follow the A7 until exit Bad
Kissingen/Hammelburg.
- As above.

- Coming from the West, follow the A3 until Biebelrieder Kreuz.
- Change onto the A7 in the direction of Schweinfurt.
- Take the exit Bad Kissingen/Hammelburg.
- As above.

-Coming from the East, follow the A71 until exit Oerlenbach/Bad Kissingen.
- As above.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 3.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 1.00 per day.
