From the airport
Please call us on the freecall number 1800 688 335 and we will arrange an airport shuttle bus for a pick up. The shuttle bus is available from 7am to 7pm. If you stay 3 nights or more the pick up is FREE!

From the Coach Terminal
Catch a taxi to City Resort Hostel 103-105 Palmer St Woolloomooloo. If you stay 3 nights or more we will refund up to AUD 10 of the taxi fare! Taxi fares usually cost between AUD 7~AUD 12.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made to City Resort Hostel a minimum 48 hours prior to booking date. Insufficient notice will render a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights fee. The fee will apply for no shows.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs AUD 3.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 10.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
