Please note that the reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except on bank holidays). Please note that you will receive an access code by e-mail in order to enter the residence.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 9.95 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person per night. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
