By car:
- Arriving at O.R. Tambo International Airport, exit the airport and keep on
the far right-hand side of the main exit carriageway.
- Follow the overhead sign marked R24 - Johannesburg.
- You will join the N12, travelling in a westerly direction.
- Approaching the N12/N3 interchange, follow the overhead sign marked N3
(N1) - Pretoria.
- Do not follow the sign marked Johannesburg.
- You will now be travelling north on the N3.
- Follow the motorway for approximately 3.5 kilometres; then join the N1
East, heading in the direction of Roodepoort.
- After joining the N1 East, take the first turn-off to join Rivonia Road (M9
South).
- At the bottom of the off-ramp turn left onto Rivonia Road (M9).
- Turn left onto Wessels Close at the first set of traffic lights after the
turn-off.
- Turn immediately right onto Wessels Road; then immediately left onto
Gary Street.
- Continue through the boom gate.
- Turn right onto Bevan Street at the T-junction.
- Turn left onto Shelley Street and then immediately right onto River Road.
- Leaves Exclusive Guest House is on your right-hand side, immediately
after the speed bump.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged ZAR 250.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 64.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
