All apartments have been designed in accordance with the Asian placement art of Feng Shui, which is evident in the pleasant lighting, the colour scheme and the arrangement of the designer furniture.

The central yet peaceful location of City Apartments Regence, as well as its ideal transport links and an underground car park, provides extra comfort.

All apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette, a separate work area with a writing desk, a telephone with modem/fax connection, satellite TV, a hi-fi system with CD player, a safe and wonderfully comfy beds.

Our apartments lend themselves particularly well to longer stays in Aachen. In addition to the generously appointed rooms, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the building. The daily laundry/dry cleaning service is included in the room rate.

According to the teachings of Feng Shui, the Chi (the positive life-energy) must be able to flow - and it certainly can in Aachen: attractions such as the world-renowned Kaiser-Dom, shopping miles, the park, casino and the Congress Centre are all to be found in the immediate vicinity.

In addition, you should not pass up the opportunity to visit the new Carolus-Thermen wellness centre, with its wide range of baths and saunas.

- Take the A4 from Cologne or the A44 from Düsseldorf
- Go over the motorway junction Aachen and onto the A544 towards Verlautenheide
- Continue until you reach Europaplatz (the end of the motorway).
- At the roundabout go in the direction of the city centre
- After approx. 2 km you will see the City Apartments Regence on the right hand side, next to the Best Western Hotel Regence.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person.
