- motorway A4/A44 to junction Aachen
- change to A544, direction Aachen-Verlautenheide
- The motorway ends at "Europaplatz"
- From "Europaplatz" into direction "Zentrum" (centre),
then half left to Jülicher Straße until Hansemann-Platz
- At Hansemann-Platz turn left into Heinrichs-Allee until
Kaiserplatz
- Cross Kaiserplatz straight ahead into Wilhelmstraße and follow it
to its end
- At the big crossing half right into Römerstraße
- Continue Römerstraße/Lagerhausstraße, passing the railway
station (left) and "Marschiertor" (medieval gate, right)
- Take next street to the right into Karmeliterstraße/Franzstraße
- You will find us after approx. 200 m on the right side

Cosmetic treatments and massage can be booked directly in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
