This 3-room apartment is 80 m² in size. It is located on the 6th floor and can be accessed by lift. All rooms are comfortable, bright and sunny. 2 of the rooms are connected to a large balcony overlooking Charlottenburg Palace and the river Spree.

The living room features 2 cosy armchairs, double sofa bed and a hi-fi system. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and wardrobe. The third room includes a sofa bed for 2 people. A children's bed is available (no extra charge).

In addition to the listed facilities, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, freezer, toaster, water filter, crockery and utensils.

Guests staying for 3 nights and more can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge. A garage for your car is available by prior arrangement with the apartment owner.

The apartment enjoys a central yet peaceful location in Wilmersdorf, and is surrounded by 19th-century buildings. Sightseeing boats depart from right outside the apartment. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, theatres and typical Berlin pubs are all within walking distance.

Nearby public transport services take you to the Tegel Airport, Kurfürstendamm shopping area, the zoo and the Olympic stadium in few minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
