Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All reservations for December 24th, 2009 and December 31st, 2009 will receive a special holiday dinner. Costs are already included in the room rate.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children from 0 to 11 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: No special conditions apply for groups. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11 % Tax is included.
