Hôtel Abbaye Ecole de Sorèze features 72 rooms divided up into 2 buildings, the Pavillon des Hôtes and Le Logis des Pères. The Pavillon des Hôtes is a 2-storey high building without a lift, and it features 20 rooms of a 2-star category overlooking the park, patio or village. The restaurant, Les Collets Rouges, is set in the old refectories and it overlooks the majestic Cour des Rouges courtyard. It serves creative and regional gourmet cuisine. It is listed in the Guide Michelin, le Petit Futé and Guide du Routard. It is open from 12:00 to 13:45 and 19:30 to 21:45. It is closed at Sunday nights. The shaded terrace welcomes you for al-fresco dining from mid-April to the end of September. The bar, Le Gaillac, welcomes you in a very cosy atmosphere. It is open from 18:30 to 21:30 from November to March, and from 18:30 to 01:00 from March to October. Photos:
