The rates given are for tourists holding a foreign passport. For guests holding an Israeli passport, an additional 16.5% VAT will be applied by law.

You must inform the establishment of your estimated time of arrival in advance. Guests arriving outside of reception hours must make arrangements with the establishment before arrival.

The reception office hours are Sunday - Thursday, from 09:00 until 20:00, and Fridays from 09:00 until14:00.
Saturday - closed.

For earlier departure the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 7.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
