The hotel is located within a serene environment, beside a tranquil lake in Ampang. Only minutes away from KLCC, Golden Triangle and the Embassy Row, it is also close to the Klang Valley Expressway that leads to the North, South and East of Peninsular Malaysia.

Cancellation PolicyTop
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs MYR 30.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs MYR 28.00 per person.
