Hout Bay is a fishing village with a working harbour. The Hout Bay beach consists of a large stretch of white sand ideal for sun batheing. A number of charter companies also operate out of this harbour offering trips to Seal Island in a glass bottomed boat, as well as fishing and sailing adventures. There are horse riding trails with many stables in the area. A day visit to the renowned “World of birds” will keep the children well occupied. The village borders on the Table Mountain National Park where one can go on wonderful hikes. If you prefer site seeing from a vehicle a drive along Chapmans Peak to Noordhoek is unforgettable.

By car:
- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 into Cape Town.
- Take the M3 exit and continue in the direction of Rondebosch/Claremont.
- Change onto the M63, direction of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Hout
Bay.
- Continue on this road until you reach Hout Bay.
- At the roundabout, turn right onto Victoria Road.
- Take the next road to your right (Valley Road).
- Turn left onto Lentedal, then take the first road to your right (Luisa Way).
- The guest house is on your left-hand side.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 7 years are welcome.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
