Please note that there is a surcharge for short-term stays:
3 nights: 10%, 2 nights: 15%, 1 night: 25%.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 11 to 15 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 14.00 per person per night.
Half board costs EUR 9.00 per night per child under 10 years.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
