When you arrive you will be given your own front door key, so you are free to come and go as you please. All that the house asks is that you are considerate of other guests if coming in late or leaving early.

Start each day with a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore the surroundings. Breakfast is served til 10:00.

The house does not serve evening meals, but there is plenty to choose from just a short walk away. The friendly staff will be happy to make recommendations for you.

The house is within easy reach of York Hospital, Nestle/Rowntrees and York St John University.

The house is about 15-20 minutes; walk from the rail station.

Please note that the house is non-smoking throughout.

Stag or hen parties cannot be accommodated at the house.

Parking:
Please book parking in advance, and advise the guest house of your approximate arrival time, using the special requests box during the booking process: eg. 'parking 3pm'.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
