In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with hotplates and an electric coffee-maker. A phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

• From Paris: Take the A11 motorway (“L’Océane”) in the direction of Nantes. At Le Mans take the A81 as far as Rennes and then head towards Lorient on the RN24. At Ploërmel head in the direction of Vannes / Auray / Quiberon via RN166.
• When you arrive in Quiberon, turn at the 3rd roundabout. The residence is 300 m from the roundabout.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays and from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
