During the summer months, head to the property’s rooftop to enjoy the chill-out terrace. The building’s reception is open 24 hours a day.
Each apartment measures 50 m² and has one double or twin bedroom, bathroom and open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge includes a sofa bed for additional guests. In the kitchen area you can make use of the microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and ceramic hob, along with a full range of cutlery, crockery and cookware. Daily cleaning is included in all rates.
The property is located just 50 metres from the Parque de la Cultura, where you will find the city’s library. You can easily explore the rest of the city using the metro network – the nearest stop to the property is Ángel Guimera, just a 50-metre walk away.
The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots.
