The hotel offers rooms for events of up to 180 persons. For smaller festivities, the newly designed “Pfeffermühlen-Stüberl” is available, featuring a remarkable collection of over 600 pepper mills. The spacious, covered panorama terrace was voted Carinthia’s most popular outside dining area in 2001. There are a 1,500 m² playground and a new playroom for children. In addition, a wellness and fitness area and a solarium are available to our guests.

The Kogler family has been pampering the guests of the Restaurant-Landgasthof Kogler with Carinthian and Austrian dishes for more than 30 years. Local and regional products, seasonal specialities and wines from the carefully selected wine card are served. There is a separate children’s menu for the smaller guests. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet is offered, and there are several menus to choose from in the evening. In addition, there are homemade pastries and a salad buffet.

The Urbansee (Lake Urban) is a picture-book holiday region - a picturesque landscape with a wonderful view, fresh mountain air, the hospitality of the locals, the fishing on the lake, the nearby golf courses and sights such as the many castles make a vacation on the Urbansee a multifaceted pleasure. The warm lake with its excellent water quality and the surrounding area offer many sports and leisure opportunities, from hiking and cycling trails and riding stables to a summer toboggan run. In winter the Simonhöhe family ski area presents an enjoyable winter holiday for young and old, featuring slopes for beginners and pros, a children’s ski school, skiing lessons and cross-country ski runs. The lake is ideal for ice skating and curling, and of course for après ski in the lakeside snuggery.

Feldkirchen is 10 km, St. Veit a.d. Glan is 15 km, Klagenfurt is 25 km, and Villach is 40 km away.

From the direction of Villach:

Motorway A2 - exit direction Ossiachersee/Feldkirchen - Ossiachersee Federal Road (B 94) - through Feldkirchen - continue in the direction of St. Veit/Glan - after approx. 5 km turn left in the direction of St. Urban/Simonhöhe/Urbansee - approx. 4 km - the lake is at your left - continue for 400 m, then turn right in the direction of Zwattendorf - after 2 km you will see the hotel on the left side.

From the direction of Klagenfurt:

Motorway A2 - exit Klagenfurt Nord - direction Feldkirchen - approx. 2 km on the B 95, then turn tight in the direction of Liebenfels - through Pitzelstätten - in Liebenfels straight ahead past the intersection - direction St. Urban - follow the road for approx. 8 km - approx. 1 km past Zwattendorf turn right and follow the hotel sign.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
