Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One further child from 7 to 12 years is charged USD 50.00 per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 16 % Tax is included. Service charge is not applicable. 2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
