From the cultural point of view you are in the centre of a very interesting area with a lot of historical cities and villages that you can easily reach from Svarava Resort. 14 km away you will find the city of Kolin with pleasant shopping possibilities and beautiful historical buildings.

The medieval city of Kutná Hora is situated about 28 km from the resort, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The breathtaking city, which almost totally consists of historical buildings, is mainly known for its past silver mining. Nowadays it is a Garden of Eden for collectors of gemstones and fossils.

Last but certainly not least we would like to mention the capital Prague - it only takes you a 70-km drive to get there, but it is also very easily, relaxed and inexpensively reachable by train.
