   Renovated in 2007, this Residence is situated directly on the marina and is composed of 3 small buildings that surround a central garden. It is just 300m from the lake of Hourtin, Carcans and its beaches.The apartments, from the studio to the 2 or 3-room apartments for up to 6 people, are fully equipped with: kitchenette, bathroom, television, terrace or balcony with garden furniture. Heated swimming pool, a free outdoor car park.A restaurant is open as of April (with possibility of half-board basis). |

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving. Deposit: Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
