You will be able to enjoy the very finest Austrian cuisine, with products from local farms, varied according to the season.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 until 14:00 and 18:00 until 22:00. It is closed on Tuesdays.

Coming from the Vienna airport:
- Take the highway A2 in the direction of Graz.
- After about 20 km take the exit Eisenstadt / Neusiedler See. This exit leads to the highway A3.
- Stay on the A3 until the exit Eisenstadt Sud, then make a right turn.
- The first village after the exit is Trausdorf.
- The hotel is located in the centre of the village, opposite the church.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
