Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Cuernavaca, 45 minutes away from Mexico City, and a short drive from downtown, shopping malls and entertainment district.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 18.72 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
