Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Summer cancellation policy: There is no charge if the reservation is canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Guests who cancel after 7 days or in the event of no show will be charged the first night plus taxes.

Winter cancellation policy: There is no charge if the reservation is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival or 45 days prior at Christmas and New Years. Guests who cancel after 30/45 days or in the event of no show will be charged the full price of the reservation plus taxes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 25.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
