From Cape Town airport:
â–ª Take the N2 into Cape Town.
â–ª At Groote Schuur Hospital (on your right) make sure you are in the right-hand lanes as the road splits a little further up.
â–ª Follow signs to the city centre and V&A Waterfront.
â–ª Take the Strand Street turnoff (left hand turn).
â–ª Continue straight along Strand Street, past the main city station and cross Adderley Street, St Georges Street and Buitengracht Street.
â–ª Strand Street then becomes High Level Road.
â–ª Stay on this road for a further 4 km.
â–ª Turn right into St Johns Road (Highstead Manor Hotel is on the right hand corner).
â–ª Turn sharp left at the first set of traffic lights, into Main Road, Sea Point.
â–ª First left into Irwinton Road.
â–ª Barry Hall is no 6 - the 1st large building on the right hand side after parking area.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
