The holiday homes are fully furnished and offer a high level of comfort. Choose between a Premium Cottage and a VIP Cottage. The VIP cottages additional feature an extra bathroom with private sauna or whirlpool and free breadroll delivery and supermarket voucher.

The park offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities. Enjoy aerobics, horse riding, golf, bowling, diving, tennis, badminton, inline skating, canoeing and much more.

Younger guests can take part in the events organised by the park’s children’s club, while adults will enjoy the live entertainment and various themed evenings.

By public transport:
- Travel from Hamburg's main railway station to Buchholz (Nordheide)
- Take the regional train to Soltau Nord
- Walk for 2 minutes to reach the bus station, then take bus no. 154 towards Grevenhof/Bispingen
- The bus stops right outside the entrance to the park

From Monday to Friday, a direct bus service runs between Hamburg's main railway station and the park.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
