Our state-of-the-art apartments are the definition of understated elegance that exceeds every expectation. The ambient design combined with total comfort enhances the whole memorable experience of holidays with loved ones.

Plenty of natural light, warmth and harmonious colour schemes within the rooms add to the relaxed atmosphere, along with the fully-equipped spacious kitchenettes that are ideal for those traditional family meals around the table.

Traditional alpine décor with locally sourced wood and particular attention to detail create the perfect environment in which to enjoy those precious holidays in the mountains.

Our deluxe apartments are located in our newly built houses “Alpenresidenz am Mühlbach” (type D) and “Haus Annakogl” (type C), while the “Standard” apartments (type B) are in our “Haus Barbara”. All apartments are of different size and offer different facilities for your individual needs.

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with bed linen, towels, dishcloths, crockery, cutlery, coffeemaker and kettle. For additional facilities please consult the individual room descriptions.

Change of sheets every Saturday.
Change of towels every Tuesday and Saturday.

Our apartments are self-catering; we do offer bread rolls every day except Sundays.

With 23 mountains over 3,000 metres and many glaciers, Obergurgl offers ideal conditions for mountaineers and hikers. Other leisure activities in summer include Nordic walking, swimming (in the public outdoor pool), action at the Fun Park, rafting, canyoning, paragliding and bungee jumping.

In winter Obergurgl is a true paradise for skiers and snowboarders. There are 110 km of slopes, including 90 km with snow cannons, stretching between 1,800 and 3,080 metres above sea level. There are 22 modern ski lifts, and a snow cover is guaranteed between mid-November and early May. Skiing is free for children up to 8 years of age, and there are reductions up to 16 years.

For payment, we only accept cash (in EUR - other currencies on request). Please note that there is no bank in Obergurgl. There are cash dispensers accepting VISA and Mastercard (with pin numbers). Alternatively you can make an advance payment to our bank account.

End-cleaning charges for the apartments are as follows:
B-1, C-1, D-1, D-6: EUR 50
B-2, C-2, D-2, D-5, D-7: EUR 40
D-3: EUR 60
B-3, D-4: EUR 70

Extra beds in the apartments on request!

Late arrival:
We ask you to notify us should you arrive later than 18:00. If you arrive late at night, we will leave the front door open for you. You will find your keys in the key cabinet at the reception, with your name on it.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 18 years are charged EUR 32.90 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.90 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
