For guests without a car the Inn offers complimentary transportation to the gondola. Public transport is nearby and runs continually until 2:00 am.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child from 8 to 18 years is charged CAD 35.00 per night when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 35.00 per night when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 35.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
