From here, you can easily set out to discover the immense beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula. The countless attractions include: diving and snorkelling in the Coral Reef, only 400 metres away from the beach, visit the ancient Mayan ruins in Chichen Itzà and Tulum and also aquatic sports, ecological and natural Parks, and craftwork. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -Please note, due to the fact that the property does not accept credit cards as form of payment, guest are requested to confirm their arrival time to the hotel, when booking the reservation. If guest do not confirm an arrival time to the hotel, the reservation will be cancelled after 6pm, hotel time, date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
