After 5pm, there is no office personnel on-site. Prior to 4:30pm, please ring the buzzer upon arrival for entrance. Upon making a reservation, please contact hotel staff to obtain late arrival instructions.

Celie's has 1 parking pass per room for a small fee. Guests will first need to obtain the pass from the Inn to gain entrance to the lot. The parking pass must be returned to the inn at check-out to avoid a $100 lost card fee. Pay parking on the street is in effect from 8am-12am everyday of the week and is enforced. Celie's Waterfront Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage to any guests property while parked in the lot. To request a parking pass, please contact the reception after the booking is made.

Any incidental charges, damages or theft, you or those in your party make at Celie's will be charged to your credit card.

This Inn is 100% smoke-free. If a guest chooses to smoke, they will be asked to leave and will be charged the full amount of their stay, as well as, $250 to compensate for cleaning and lost revenue. Smoking is allowed in the back garden and courtyard only. Smoking on the roof decks or balconies is prohibited.

There is a $50.00 fee for non-returned room keys.

Due to allergies, no animals are allowed in the Inn, including service animals.

Candles and incense are not allowed in the Inn.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13.5 % Tax is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs USD 7.00 per day.
