The hotel is located in an inner courtyard. The sign outside for Briennerstr. 48 is clearly visible. You can walk here in approximately 8 minutes from the main railway station, or take the U1 underground or the no. 20 or 21 trams as far as Stieglmaierplatz.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
