These are spacious and modern apartments, with plenty of natural light and sea views. They boast double rooms with designer furniture and built-in wardrobes. One of the apartments is adapted for people with reduced mobility (upon request), as are the rest of the hotel facilities. Photos:
The apartments are equipped with a complete kitchen. You can find a wealth of restaurants next to the beach, only 100 metres away from here.
The apartments are situated 200 metres from Playa de Bascuas beach and 800 metres from Montalvo beach. This is the ideal place to explore the tourist region of RÃas Baixas. The town centre of Sanxenxo is only 3 km from the apartment hotel. The marine port of Portonovo 2 km away offers a great variety of restaurants, shops, entertainment areas and other services.
Security deposit: a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid upon entering the apartments. This deposit is returnable upon departure, once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
