The Apartment Hotel consists of 67 comfortable apartments, each fitted out with care for 1 to 4 people. Its contemporary architecture suits its location perfectly, opposite the Citée des Sciences and the Citée de la Musique, just a short stroll from the Parc de la Villette.
The residence is well placed to take advantage of the nearby Parc de la Villette and its many scientific, cultural and musical events and facilities. It is extremely well-served by public transport and very near to shops and services.

The hotel services on offer provide for highly comfortable accommodation. The beds are made before you arrive, bath linen is provided free of charge and the rooms are cleaned once a day.

In addition to the facilities already listed, the fully-equipped kitchens also feature hotplates.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
