The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of both Mexican and International food, with room service also available if you prefer. Within walking distance of the hotel, there is a wide range of restaurants and bars to chose from.
The location, of only one block from the main bus station, provides the traveler with unending opportunities for local and abroad travels. From the nearby Avenida Tulum you can catch the public bus to the hotel zone and enjoy the public beaches. The local public buses run from 5 a.m. to midnight and there are several stops nearby. Upon check-in photo identification is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, due to the fact that the property does not accept credit cards as form of payment, guest are requested to confirm their arrival time to the hotel, when booking the reservation. Reservations will be guaranteed only until 18:00 hrs. For arrival times after this hour you must have confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available.
