A large team of specialists are in charge of the entertainment and sports activities in the beach and swimming pool areas. Shows, special activities for teenagers, minidisco for children and a miniclub for smaller children (4 to 12 years), always supervised by professionals.

All the guests have full use of the resort facilities of the neighboring Grand Palladium Colonial Resort and Spa, Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort and Spa and Grand Palladium White Sand and Riviera Resort & Spa.

The resort provides its guests with 454 rooms, of which 360 are Junior Suites, 72 Suites and 22 Mayan Suites.

All have been built on wooden terraces amongst beautiful cabin-style bungalows, set right on the edge of a large lake.

the 24th and the 31st of December, the client will be charged 70USD per person per day due to special Christmas meal. It will be paid directly at the hotel on arrival.

How to get to the resort:

By Car: From the Cancún airport take the Chetumal-Puerto Juárez highway in the direction of Tulum, going through the towns of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and lastly, Puerto Aventuras. From this last town, continue driving for five more minutes and you will find the resort on your left.
By Taxi: From the airport taxi stop, the resort is about 80min/90km away and the trip costs approximately 65 USD.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

-Please note there will be a Gala Dinner Christmas & New Years Eve (24 of December and 31 December) that will be mandatory to include in your room rate due to the holidays. The additional charge will be 70 USD including tax per person. Children pay 50 percent.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged 37.50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
