The newly refurbished Concerto restaurant, located on the second floor, is the place to enjoy fusion cuisine in combination with an intimate Asian-type setting and unparalleled service. Have an aperitif and a digestif at the Concerto bar adjacent to the restaurant, where you can enjoy live music most nights. Located on the third floor, Café Swiss offers innovative European cuisine with signature Swiss delicacies and scrumptious desserts in a friendly modern atmosphere. City Space Bar & Lounge, located on the 34th floor, offers a fascinating atmosphere for cocktails and a wide variety of light snacks and selected beverages. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged RUB 1750.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
