Our recently refurbished, well-equipped and spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments offer very comfortable accommodation whether you stay one night or two weeks. All the bedrooms have large, comfortable Austrian twin beds and en suite shower rooms.

The kitchens are equipped with a hob, family fridge and combi microwave. The lounge has a dining table, sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. Every apartment has at least one balcony with views to the mountains or lake. We supply all the bed linen and towels. There is no extra charge for this nor is there an additional end cleaning charge.

All apartments have a double sofa bed in the lounge and some have an additional single sofa bed in the main bedroom. This means that some of our two bedroom apartments can comfortably sleep 8 people. We can also link apartments creating a three bedroom apartment sleeping up to 12 people.

We are flexible, so if you are self-catering and fancy a night off - let us cook for you. Everything is homemade and freshly prepared. The regular price for dinner includes two courses with wine or beer and coffee.

If you have small children, we can serve their dinner earlier, leaving you to enjoy your meal at a later time.

The bar is open every day for our guests, serving great coffee and homemade cakes, as well as a refreshing beer or a glass of wine.

In summer, a huge range of activities is available, including swimming, fishing, canoeing, scuba diving, mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, golf, white water rafting and caving. In the winter months there is fantastic skiing and snowboarding on the Krippenstein and the Dachstein West ski region.

Canoe hire:
We have a 4-man Canadian canoe available for guests to hire for the day or just an hour. We have both adults and children’s life jackets available, which are included in the hire price.

Bike hire:
Mountain bikes for adults as well as junior bikes are available. Bike helmets are included in price of bike hire.

The Dachstein Caves:
There are three natural caves open to the public, forming one of Austria's most significant natural monuments - the Ice Cave (Eishöhle), the Mammoth Cave (Mammumthöhle) and the Water Cave (Koppenbrüllerhöhle). Each cave is spectacular, and it is well worth visiting all three. In addition to the regular guided tours, it is possible to opt for adventure tours for children as well as adults. All the caves offer English-speaking tours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
